    Need advice on home-workout.

Guess what? I'm less than 150 pounds , 16 years old. Holla at yah boy. You can imagine I'm skinny as fuck. (maybe not that skinny, but meh.)

    My bio:
I have decent vertical, I'm 5'10ish-5'11 and I can touch the rim of a 10ft basketball court.
I am a sprinter, no endurance. I can only sprint like 200m at full speed.
I can run a mile in 8minute. Like I said, no endurance.

I've been working on my verticals over my muscles this year and I think maybe I made a mistake. Should I have gone muscle first than vertical?
I have been doing abdominal work out, squats, leaps, etc. exercises that boost your verticals..

    My question:
What are some workouts I can do at home? I don't have any equipments, fyi.
What should I eat? More meat - Beef? Chicken? Turkey?

Suggestion on my cycle? School is starting so I'm pretty late at working out.

I blame AoG for taking me away my workout. I haven't work out in a month so I'm rusty...:thumbdn:

well...your going to have to be doing resistance training. You should really consider joining a gym. You can do dips pull ups and sit ups and at home, but eventually this will lead to a plateau and you will stop seeing results because you are not increasing your weight on the reg. If you want to get bigger..you have to do resistance training and eat like a pig...good foods of course. I posted a reply to someone earlier...check this thread out. http://aogamers.com/forums/showthrea...gh-for-fitness

Before you start home workout warm up your body and get ready for exercise.
Push ups are one of the first exercises everyone can easily perform.
this workout is for the chest, triceps and even involve your back and shoulder muscles.
Dips are alternative to developing chest and triceps muscles.

Check this thread out. I gave someone advice on a home workout. But if you want good muscle gain, join a gym.

I don't really have time right now to go over all the thing right now. But I have a PDF for you that will come in very handy. It explains quite shortly a bulking routine/diet. Lyle McDonald knows his shit.
Don't look at bodybuilding magazines, all the writers there either try to sell you shit or are on steroids and those workouts will not work for you.
Here's the PDF. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, but I gotta go to the gym now.
And remember that diet is crucial for muscle gain. If you don't eat enough calories, there's no way for your body to grow, doesn't matter how much you workout. And also, too much working out is also not good for muscle growth. Don't over train.

I don't think home-gym is a good idea, you should join a proper gym with all kind of machinery and guidance provided rather than to do gym alone at home.Second you want to build muscle or just do for fitness and maintaining body?

Diet and gym have co-relation with each other.diet comes first. I've been able to gain ~25 lbs the first time I've joined a gym in about 6 months, will no supplements at all.
